we understand: FAQs
-
What if my child gets sick?
We will contact you or a designated adult from your Emergency Information Form so that your child can be collected from the Academy as soon as possible. While waiting to be picked up, your child will be secluded from other children and rest peacefully.
-
Will my child be safe?
Our facilities have a door with a key code. Entrances and exits to outdoor play areas are maintained and monitored with care. Only individuals authorized by you may take up your child from the Academy with valid identification. Prior to employment, thorough background investigations were conducted on every employee.

Do I need to pack a lunch?
No. We provide healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks for children to eat daily. However, if your child is going to stay OVERNIGHT, please pack the appropriate food items for them.

What if my child has allergies?
Because each student is unique, allergen information is posted in each classroom. Please indicate on our special needs form or dietary restriction form if your child has a food allergy, so that we can make the necessary substitutions.

What will my child be doing?
